The Nurtured Way offers dedicated birth doula and postnatal doula services, designed to support and empower you through your pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I am based in Taplow, Buckinghamshire, and serve families throughout the region.
Birth doula
Supporting you through your pregnancy and birth. With 3 antenatal sessions in your home, I offer guidance, support and a calming presence. I tailor to your needs and help you to feel empowered throughout your labour.
Postnatal doula
Providing in-home support after your baby arrives, I can assist with feeding, newborn care, sibling support, cooking meals and light household tasks, allowing you to rest and recover.
Additional Support
I want to provide you with the best possible care to feel supported. This is why I also offer further support in the form of help with mental wellbeing.
I am a fully qualified baby massage instructor (IAIM) so don't hesitate to discuss baby massage techniques which can aid bonding, digestion and sleep.
